A video wall built around your room requirements
Tralltech is a smart classroom and video conferencing system manufacturer supporting system integrators and project companies with equipment selection and complete project BOMs. Our indoor LED video wall configurations use a modular 250 × 250 mm LED architecture and die-cast aluminum cabinet options, allowing the wall geometry and pixel pitch to be selected for the project rather than forcing a fixed screen size.
The standard SMD family covers six pixel pitches from P1.25 to P3.91; optional GOB surface treatment and front-service access can be specified subject to the final configuration.

Six indoor SMD pixel-pitch options
These values come from the factory LR-X V2.0 SMD/GOB technical series. COB belongs to a different technology family and is quoted separately, not by reusing these specifications.
| Parameter | P1.25 | P1.56 | P1.95 | P2.60 | P2.97 | P3.91 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nominal pitch (mm) | 1.25 | 1.56 | 1.95 | 2.60 | 2.97 | 3.91 |
| Pixel density (dots/m²) | 640,000 | 409,600 | 262,144 | 147,456 | 112,896 | 65,536 |
| Module resolution (W × H) | 200 × 200 | 160 × 160 | 128 × 128 | 96 × 96 | 84 × 84 | 64 × 64 |
| Refresh rate (factory series) | ≥3840 Hz | ≥7680 Hz | ≥7680 Hz | ≥7680 Hz | ≥7680 Hz | ≥7680 Hz |
Selection note: Pixel pitch is only one input. Final display dimensions, total pixel count, source resolution, cabinet layout, processing capacity and viewing conditions must be checked together. Refresh specifications are model-dependent and should be reconfirmed for the selected production build.

Custom LED video walls from your drawing or BOQ
You do not need to select a fixed catalog size first. Share your target dimensions, room conditions and technical specification; we develop a suitable equipment proposal for the project.
Choose the right density
Compare the listed indoor SMD pitches against viewing distance, source resolution and budget.
Modular dimensions
Plan wall width, height and target pixel resolution using compatible cabinet geometry.
Mounting and corners
Combine standard cabinet sizes; evaluate 90-degree or special joins against engineering drawings.
SMD or optional GOB
Specify the surface technology on the approved configuration; COB requests are reviewed as a separate product family.
Processor and sources
Match video processor, sending/receiving chain and source inputs to the final pixel load.
Complete project BOM
Plan structure, cables, power distribution, packaging, tools and recommended spares.
More than LED panels: plan the complete display package
A functional wall requires the signal path and site infrastructure to be specified. The final quote lists inclusions and exclusions explicitly, so your installation team can plan accurately.
Video signal chain
Meeting PC or source → selected video processor/sender → receiving cards → LED cabinets. A processor selection must match the total pixels and desired inputs.
Mounting and maintenance
Confirm wall dimensions, frame structure, cable routes, service clearance and front access. Special corners and cabinet combinations require approved drawings.
Power and thermal planning
Use the selected wall area and specified per-square-meter power figures. Confirm circuit capacity, ventilation and local electrical compliance before installation.
Service parts and local support
Define spare modules, power supplies, receiving cards, service tools and replacement method in the BOM. Final spare quantities depend on project scope.

Who does what?
Tralltech: Product configuration, tender parameter review, display BOM, equipment supply and remote engineering guidance.
Your local team: Site survey, load-bearing structure approval, mounting, cabling, electrical compliance, commissioning at site and local aftercare.
An LED video wall is the display, not the whole video conference system. Cameras, microphones, audio DSP, speakers and meeting PC can be specified separately as project requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build an LED video wall to our exact width and height?
We can propose custom dimensions using compatible modules and cabinet combinations. The final physical dimensions and pixel resolution must follow the selected module grid and approved mechanical drawing; not every arbitrary size is achievable without adjustment.
Can we choose SMD, GOB or COB?
The standard technical series shown here is SMD with an optional GOB surface treatment. COB is a different LED package technology; share your COB requirement and we will quote a separately qualified configuration with its own datasheet.
Can the video wall support interactive touch?
A project-specific touch layer or interactive configuration can be evaluated. Touch is not a standard function of the LR-X display modules and depends on screen dimensions, integration design and functional testing.
Do the listed 3840 Hz and 7680 Hz refresh rates apply to all versions?
No. The supplied series datasheet lists at least 3840 Hz for P1.25 and at least 7680 Hz for the other five nominal pitches. The current production specification must be confirmed for the selected build.
What components should be included in the BOQ?
At minimum, define LED display modules and cabinets, video processing/sending and receiving equipment, power distribution, structure, signal cabling, maintenance access, packaging and required spare parts. The final quote clearly identifies optional items.
Who installs the LED wall on site?
We ship, engineer and support — you install. The local system integrator handles site measurement, structure, mounting, cabling, local compliance and first-line service. We provide the equipment configuration, documentation and remote support agreed for the project.
Have an LED wall BOQ or meeting room drawing?
Send your pixel-pitch requirement, proposed screen size, installation conditions or tender specification. Tralltech will review the configuration and provide an equipment proposal for your project. We never contact your end clients.
