Project-Grade Power Protection for AV Rooms

The T-UPS-3KT is Tralltech's 3000 VA online UPS — designed for system integrators who need to keep an interactive classroom, conference room or VR lab running through unstable mains. Unlike a cheaper line-interactive unit, it rebuilds the output as a clean pure sine wave with a 0 ms transfer time, so interactive panels, OPS PCs and recording systems never see a gap or a dirty waveform.

With a wide 110–300 V input, AVR ±1% and cold-start capability, it stays stable behind generators and weak grids — the conditions our integrator partners deploy in. Standard IEC outlets (6 × C13 + 1 × C19) and LCD monitoring with RS-232 / USB make it drop straight into a structured BOM. It ships designed and built to meet CE / IEC 62040 requirements, with documentation on request.

⚙ Sizing note for integrators: Battery runtime scales with the connected load — the internal VRLA batteries are sized for ride-through during outages and clean, safe shutdown, not for hours of continuous operation. What size UPS do I need for an interactive flat panel classroom?
It depends on what's connected. A single interactive panel with an OPS PC and active audio usually draws a few hundred watts, so the 2700 W T-UPS-3KT comfortably protects one well-equipped room or a small cluster that includes a recording unit. Share your device list and our engineers will confirm the load headroom for your specific BOM.
Why choose an online double-conversion UPS instead of a line-interactive one?
Online double-conversion rebuilds the output as a clean pure sine wave with a 0 ms transfer time, so sensitive AV gear — OPS PCs, recording systems, VR workstations — never sees a gap or a dirty waveform. Cheaper line-interactive units have a small transfer delay and approximated waveforms that can stress this equipment over time. For classroom and lab equipment, online is the safer specification.
Can the T-UPS-3KT run on a generator or unstable mains?
Yes. It accepts a wide 110–300 V input with auto-sensing 44–66 Hz frequency and AVR ±1%, so it stays stable behind generators, brownouts and weak grids. It also supports cold start, meaning it can power up from battery when there is no mains present at all — useful in the field conditions many of our integrator partners deploy in.
How long will it keep equipment running on battery?
Runtime scales with the connected load. The internal VRLA batteries (12 V / 7 Ah × 6) are sized for ride-through during outages and clean, safe shutdown rather than hours of continuous operation. For a precise runtime figure, give us the actual connected wattage of the room and we'll calculate it for your project.
Can I monitor the UPS over the network?
RS-232 and USB monitoring ship as standard, with software for Windows, Linux and Mac. For centralised monitoring across multiple rooms or a campus rack, add the optional SNMP / RS485 card so the UPS reports into your network management system. The front LCD also shows load, battery, mains status and faults locally.
Do you sell directly to schools or end users?
No. We only support system integrators and project companies. We never contact your end clients or sell to them directly — your project and your customer relationship stay entirely yours. We supply the equipment, the engineering support and the documentation; you keep the client. We also offer OEM / ODM branded supply across the product line, including the T-PWR power range, so you can deliver a single-brand system.
