What is the minimum order quantity for OEM interactive flat panels?
Branded white-label orders — your logo, boot screen and packaging — start from 10 units. Standard unbranded orders can be placed from a single unit. This lets a system integrator deliver under their own brand without a large upfront commitment.
What is the difference between OEM, ODM and white-label?
White-label means taking our ready-made product and adding your logo and boot screen. OEM goes further with a custom launcher, pre-installed software, hardware configuration and packaging built to your specification. ODM means we design a product to your concept from the ground up. Most integrators start with white-label and move to OEM or ODM as volumes grow.
Will Tralltech contact or sell to my end client?
No. We are a China-based export manufacturer with no local sales arm, and we work exclusively through system integrators and project companies. We never approach your end client, an NDA is available on request, and the contract and relationship stay entirely yours.
Can you brand the software and interface, not just the device?
Yes. We can apply a custom boot logo, a branded launcher and home screen, pre-installed applications and adjusted Android system settings, so the interface your client uses every day carries your brand rather than ours.
Which products can be supplied under our own brand?
Most of our in-house range — interactive flat panels, smart podiums, OPS modules, audio systems, cameras and student tablets — is available for OEM, ODM and white-label, so you can deliver a complete room under one brand rather than just a screen.
Do branded units still carry CE, FCC and RoHS documentation?
Yes. CE, FCC and RoHS documentation applies to the hardware regardless of branding, and we provide the compliance paperwork your branded units need for customs clearance and tender submission.
Can I get a branded sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can ship a sample with your logo and boot screen in about 3 business days. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order if you proceed.
