Smart Classroom Solution · Win More Education Projects

Smart Classroom Solutions, Built for System Integrators and Project Companies

From a single interactive display to a fully connected campus. We provide the solution design, the equipment, and the technical support — you handle local delivery and win the project.

What Is a Smart Classroom Solution?

A smart classroom solution is the complete system that turns an ordinary classroom into a digital teaching space: an interactive flat panel, a smart podium, classroom audio, cameras, device management software, and the wiring design that connects them all.

Tralltech is a smart classroom and video conferencing system manufacturer. We design the system topology, build most of the hardware in our own factory, and supply the full bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and tender documentation. We work exclusively through system integrators and project companies in 70+ countries — and we never contact your end clients. You win and deliver the project; we are the technical backend behind it.

Challenges We Solve for System Integrators

The problems that stall education projects — and how we take each one off your plate.

The tender asks for technical specs I've never written.

Our engineers draft the technical parameters, equipment specifications and compliance documents for you — submitted under your own name.

I quote a screen; my competitor quotes a whole system.

Every quote we return is a complete solution — topology, BOM and wiring diagrams — so you bid as a solution, not a price.

Mixed-brand equipment never quite works together.

One matched system from one factory — panel, podium, audio, camera, tablets — designed and tested to connect.

Suppliers who quote me today and call my client tomorrow.

We never contact your end clients — NDA available. The project, the relationship and the margin stay with you.

The site has unstable power and unreliable internet.

UPS backup power and an offline-first option — local content server plus tablets — keep the classroom teaching either way.

After handover, every support ticket lands on me alone.

A dedicated technical contact, remote support, spare parts and firmware help — behind you for the full 2-year warranty.

System Architecture Your Engineers Can Trust

We design every classroom around real integration rules — signal flow, audio paths, network and power all defined. No guesswork.

Smart classroom system topology diagram: interactive flat panel connected to smart podium via HDMI and USB touch, line-level audio to active speakers, PTZ camera with USB and IP stream, document camera, PoE network switch, Wi-Fi access point, UPS backup power and MDM device management
Level 2 (Standard) classroom topology — every solution ships with a project-specific version of this diagram plus the full BOM.

IFP audio is line-level only — always connect to an active speaker or amplifier, never to passive speakers directly.

Hybrid classes run two audio paths: the UHF mic + active speakers handle in-room voice lift; the far-end call audio runs through the T-AUD-SPK speakerphone with built-in echo cancellation — so remote students hear no echo.

The PTZ camera outputs USB and IP simultaneously: USB is the primary source for Zoom/Teams on the IFP or OPS; the IP/RTSP stream feeds the recording system. No source-switching conflicts.

T-IFP-110 has a built-in 48MP AI camera + 8-mic array — so a separate PTZ camera can be omitted.

T-NET-AP needs an 802.3af/at PoE switch, supplied by the system integrator (not in the Tralltech BOM).

One classroom runs on one flat PoE network — correct at room scale. For multi-room campus rollouts, VLAN and QoS planning for AV traffic is included in our solution design.

In conference rooms, T-AUD-SPK includes an 8-mic array with full-duplex audio — no separate microphone needed.

UPS backs up the IFP and podium as standard; for unstable-grid sites we extend coverage to the switch, AP and camera — capacity is specified in your BOM.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a complete Tralltech smart classroom solution include?

A complete solution includes system topology design, product selection, a full bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and the equipment itself — interactive flat panels, smart podiums, audio, cameras, and optional student tablets and device management. We also provide a discounted sample and ongoing technical support. Local installation is handled by you, the system integrator.

Do you sell directly to schools, or only through system integrators?

We work exclusively through system integrators and project companies. We never contact your end clients directly, and an NDA is available on request. The project, the relationship, and the margin all stay with you.

Can I order just one classroom's worth of equipment to start?

Yes. Our minimum order quantity is 1 unit for standard orders, so you can equip a single classroom or order a sample before committing to a full project. OEM or branded orders start from 10 units.

What is the difference between Level 1, 2, and 3 smart classrooms?

Level 1 (Essential) covers the basics — interactive panel, smart podium, microphone, and speakers — ideal for primary or first-time AV projects. Level 2 (Standard) adds a PTZ camera, document camera, signage, and device management for middle and high schools. Level 3 (Advanced) adds a Windows OPS module, student tablets, charging cart, and collaboration tables for universities and full campus rollouts.

How is the classroom audio wired?

The interactive flat panel's audio output is line-level only. It must connect to an active speaker (T-AUD-ACT) or an amplifier — never directly to passive speakers. This is shown clearly in the wiring diagrams we provide with every solution.

Will a hybrid class cause echo between the microphone and the speakers?

No — in our design the in-room audio and the call audio are separate paths. The UHF microphone and active speakers handle voice lift inside the room, while the far-end call audio runs through the T-AUD-SPK conference speakerphone, which has a built-in 8-mic array with echo cancellation and full-duplex audio. Remote students hear the teacher clearly, with no echo or feedback loop.

Do smart classrooms need VLANs or special network design?

A single classroom runs correctly on one PoE switch with a flat network — no VLANs needed at room scale. For multi-classroom or campus-wide deployments, we include VLAN and QoS planning for AV and teaching traffic in the solution design we provide. The campus backbone network itself is built by you, the system integrator.

Do you provide documentation we can submit in a tender?

Yes. We provide system topology diagrams, complete BOMs, and technical documentation ready for you to put your name on and submit to your client or tender.

Can you help write the technical specifications for a government tender?

Yes. Our engineering team can help you draft the technical parameters, equipment specifications, and integration requirements for a tender — so your bid is technically complete and submitted under your own name.

Do you offer OEM or branded smart classroom solutions?

Yes. Most of our hardware is built in our own factory and can carry your brand. OEM orders start from 10 units and can cover your logo, boot screen, and launcher UI — so you build your own brand instead of reselling someone else's.

Can a smart classroom work in areas with limited or no internet?

Yes. For low-connectivity sites we offer an offline-first configuration — student tablets, a charging cart, and a local content server — so teaching and content sync work without a stable connection. See our Offline Education Solution.

What is the lead time, and can I get a sample first?

We can ship a discounted sample in about 3 business days so you can evaluate before a full order. Production lead time depends on quantity and configuration, and we confirm it in writing with your quote.

Who handles installation and on-site setup?

We're a China-based export manufacturer, so you — the local system integrator or project company — handle on-site installation and commissioning. We supply the full design, BOM, wiring diagrams, and remote technical support to make that straightforward. We never go on site to your client.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

All products carry a 2-year warranty from shipment. You also get a dedicated technical contact, remote support by email, video or IM, individual spare parts, and firmware and software upgrade help.

Which countries and regions do you work with?

We support system integrators and project companies in 70+ countries, with a focus on Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Export documentation and region-specific power and plug configurations are handled as standard.

What certifications do your products carry?

Our interactive flat panels and core equipment are CE, FCC and RoHS certified, with documentation provided for customs clearance and tender compliance.

Can you provide a full BOM and system topology for my specific project?

Yes — that is the core of what we do. Send us your room type, quantity, and budget, and we will return a complete BOM and system topology diagram designed for your project, ready for you to take to your client.
