Wiring Diagrams Your Engineers Can Trust
We design every room around real integration rules — not guesswork. Here's how a typical conference room connects.
(video in)
(mic in)
(central hub)
(audio out)
IFP audio is line-level only — always connect to an active speaker or amplifier, never to passive speakers directly.
The PTZ camera runs as a UVC webcam over USB and an RTSP stream over IP at the same time — Zoom/Teams plus recording.
T-AUD-SPK includes an 8-mic array with 360° pickup — no separate microphone needed in the room.
T-IFP-110 has a built-in 48MP AI camera + 8-mic array — so a separate PTZ camera can be omitted.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a complete Tralltech video conference room solution include?
A complete solution includes room topology design, product selection, a full bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and the equipment itself — interactive flat panel, 4K PTZ camera, smart speaker with built-in microphone array, and active speakers. We also provide a discounted sample and ongoing technical support. Local installation is handled by you, the system integrator.
What equipment do I need for a conference room?
It depends on the room size and how you meet. A small huddle room needs an interactive flat panel, a smart speaker with a built-in microphone array, and UPS power. A standard meeting room adds a 4K PTZ camera and active speakers for hybrid calls and recording. A boardroom uses a large 110-inch display with a built-in AI camera, a Windows OPS module, and distributed audio. The equipment checklist above maps each room type to the right conference room equipment, and we build the full BOM for your specific room.
Do your video conference room solutions work with Zoom and Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The PTZ camera operates as a standard UVC webcam over USB, so it works natively with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and any UVC-compatible platform — no extra drivers. The same camera also outputs an IP/RTSP stream for a recording or streaming server, and both can run at the same time.
What is the difference between a Zoom Room and a Microsoft Teams Room?
Both are dedicated meeting-room setups certified for one platform's software, usually running on a room PC or appliance. Our hardware is platform-neutral: the PTZ camera and smart speaker present as standard USB (UVC/UAC) devices, so the same room can run Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. You choose the platform; the equipment does not lock you in.
Can interactive flat panels replace projectors in a meeting room?
Yes. An interactive flat panel replaces both the projector and the whiteboard, with a brighter 4K image, touch annotation, and no bulbs or ambient-light problems. For most conference and meeting rooms an interactive flat panel is the better long-term choice, and our buying guides cover the trade-offs in detail.
Do you sell directly to end clients, or only through system integrators?
We work exclusively through system integrators and project companies. We never contact your end clients directly, and an NDA is available on request. The project, the relationship, and the margin all stay with you.
Do you support government tenders and provide tender documentation?
Yes. We regularly support system integrators bidding on education and government conference-room projects, providing technical specifications, room topology, BOM and wiring diagrams you can submit with your tender. We can also help align the specification to your tender requirements.
Can you provide OEM branding on conference room equipment?
Yes. Our own brand is the default, but OEM and ODM branding is available so you can deliver the room under your own brand. Because we never contact your end client, the brand and the relationship stay yours.
What is the difference between Level 1, 2, and 3 conference rooms?
Level 1 (Essential) covers a small huddle room — interactive panel, smart speaker, and UPS power. Level 2 (Standard) adds a 4K PTZ camera and active wall speakers for hybrid calls and recording in mid-size rooms. Level 3 (Advanced) uses a 110-inch display with built-in AI camera, a Windows OPS module, and an access point for large enterprise boardrooms.
Do I need a separate microphone in the conference room?
Usually not. The smart conference speaker (T-AUD-SPK) includes a built-in 8-microphone array with 360-degree pickup and AI noise cancellation, so a separate wireless microphone is not required in the default configuration.
How is the conference room audio wired?
The interactive flat panel's audio output is line-level only. It must connect to an active speaker (T-AUD-ACT) or an amplifier — never directly to passive speakers. This is shown clearly in the wiring diagrams we provide with every solution.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the configuration and order size. We ship a discounted sample within about three business days, and provide a documented production and dispatch schedule for the full order so you can plan installation and your tender timeline. Freight, customs clearance and installation are handled on your side as the local integrator.
