Wiring Diagrams Your Engineers Can Trust

We design every room around real integration rules — not guesswork. Here's how a typical conference room connects.

T-VID-CAM
PTZ Camera
(video in)
T-AUD-SPK
Smart Speaker
(mic in)
T-IFP
Interactive Panel
(central hub)
T-AUD-ACT
Active Speakers
(audio out)

IFP audio is line-level only — always connect to an active speaker or amplifier, never to passive speakers directly.

The PTZ camera runs as a UVC webcam over USB and an RTSP stream over IP at the same time — Zoom/Teams plus recording.

T-AUD-SPK includes an 8-mic array with 360° pickup — no separate microphone needed in the room.

T-IFP-110 has a built-in 48MP AI camera + 8-mic array — so a separate PTZ camera can be omitted.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a complete Tralltech video conference room solution include?

A complete solution includes room topology design, product selection, a full bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and the equipment itself — interactive flat panel, 4K PTZ camera, smart speaker with built-in microphone array, and active speakers. We also provide a discounted sample and ongoing technical support. Local installation is handled by you, the system integrator.

Do your video conference room solutions work with Zoom and Microsoft Teams?

Yes. The PTZ camera operates as a standard UVC webcam over USB, so it works natively with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and any UVC-compatible platform — no extra drivers. The same camera also outputs an IP/RTSP stream for a recording or streaming server, and both can run at the same time.

Do you sell directly to end clients, or only through system integrators?

We work exclusively through system integrators. We never contact your end clients directly, and an NDA is available on request. The project, the relationship, and the margin all stay with you.

What is the difference between Level 1, 2, and 3 conference rooms?

Level 1 (Essential) covers a small huddle room — interactive panel, smart speaker, and UPS power. Level 2 (Standard) adds a 4K PTZ camera and active wall speakers for hybrid calls and recording in mid-size rooms. Level 3 (Advanced) uses a 110″ display with built-in AI camera, a Windows OPS module, and an access point for large enterprise boardrooms.

Do I need a separate microphone in the conference room?

Usually not. The smart conference speaker (T-AUD-SPK) includes a built-in 8-microphone array with 360° pickup and AI noise cancellation, so a separate wireless microphone is not required in the default configuration.

How is the conference room audio wired?

The interactive flat panel's audio output is line-level only. It must connect to an active speaker (T-AUD-ACT) or an amplifier — never directly to passive speakers. This is shown clearly in the wiring diagrams we provide with every solution.
