An ICT integrator whose core business was networking — not classroom AV — won a public tender to upgrade 15 university teaching rooms into smart classrooms. They had the client relationship and the delivery capability, but not the smart-classroom engineering the bid demanded. Tralltech supplied that engineering behind the scenes: solution design, drawings, specifications, training and after-sales. The integrator won the tender and delivered all 15 rooms.
The Challenge
The relationship was there. The smart-classroom engineering wasn’t.
Our client’s core business is network engineering — not classroom AV. When a university published a tender to convert 15 teaching rooms into smart classrooms, they had the client relationship and the on-the-ground delivery capability, but not the solution capability the bid required.
Bidding credibly meant producing a full system design, tender-ready specifications, topology drawings and a bill of materials for interactive displays, computing modules, audio and control — work well outside their networking comfort zone. Without it, they would lose the room to competitors who could put a complete technical proposal on the table. So they came to us for the one thing they were missing.
What Tralltech Provided
The technical backend — behind the integrator

We built the complete technical case the integrator needed to win, then handed it to them to present as their own — staying out of sight of the university at every stage.
- Full smart-classroom solution design across all 15 rooms
- Engineering drawings & system topology for each classroom
- A tender-ready specification and complete bill of materials
- Interactive flat panels, OPS modules, audio and podium hardware from our own factory
- Hands-on training for the integrator’s engineers
- After-sales support, delivered through the integrator
The Result
Tender won. All 15 rooms live.

With a complete, credible technical proposal in hand, our client won the tender and delivered all 15 smart classrooms — installed and commissioned by their own local team, with our engineers on call throughout. They kept the university relationship end to end; we remained their technical partner in the background, which is exactly how we work.
Why This Matters For You
Have the project but not the classroom engineering?
This is exactly what we do. If you hold the tender and the client relationship but not the smart-classroom or conference-room engineering, Tralltech becomes your technical backend: we design the solution, write the specs that win the bid, supply the hardware from our own factory, and train your team.
And we never contact your client. The relationship stays yours — start to finish.

Questions Integrators Ask
Frequently asked questions
Do you contact the end client during a project?
No. We support the integrator only. We never contact schools, universities or any end client — the relationship stays entirely yours.
Can you help write the tender specification?
Yes. Tender-ready specifications, the bill of materials and topology drawings are part of our engineering support — it’s what helps our partners win the bid.
Who installs the equipment on site?
Your local team does. As an export supplier we design the solution and supply the hardware; on-site installation is completed by you — the standard model for B2B export projects.
Do you provide training and after-sales?
Yes. We train the integrator’s engineers and provide after-sales support through the integrator, so you can stand fully behind the project with your client.
Got a similar tender?
Send us the requirement. We’ll help you engineer the solution and win it — without ever touching your client.
